TCP/IP Address Settings

This is where you set the TCP/IP address.

The settings are for the most part pre-determined. The first two parts of the IP address must be 10.14, the next two settings are variable. The third and fourth placements can be any combination of numbers from 1-255 but there can be no repeats. Example: 10.14.33.187.
Each machine (whether it is a computer or another machine that requires an IP address) must have a universally unique number.

The subnet mask is given to us by our internet provider and is always 255.255.0.0.

The next setting we are concerned with is the Gateway Settings
